- Shuttle service starts from the JC Slaughter Falls Picnic Area toilet block to the start line at Range View Picnic Area and return.
- Bib (+safety pins) pickup at the start line at Range View Picnic Area.
- Bag drop off at the start line at Range View Picnic Area. Bags will be transported to the finish line for pickup after the race. Your race bib is required for pickup.

- Race brief to competitors.
7:00am
- Race start.
8:00am
- Presentations and random prize draws.
8:30am
- Shuttle service concludes.
Notes
- Water – Make sure you are well hydrated and bring a water bottle. You can run with a water bottle if you like or leave it at the bag drop off.
- Parking – You can park at JC Slaughter Falls or up near the start line. We will provide a shuttle service between the two locations as mentioned above.
